Return Policy

REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may return it for a refund. Refunds will include purchase price and taxes paid; however, shipping charges will not be refunded. Items accepted for refund or exchange must be unworn with all original tags attached. All returns must contain the original receipt or packing slip, it is recommended that the customer retain a copy.

Refund requests for items purchased at retail locations, ecommerce websites or auction websites must be done through the original place of purchase. Ironclad will not refund any purchase unless it is made at Ironclad.com.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges on a purchase may be made for the same item; in an alternate size or color.

In order to begin the return or exchange process please contact our Customer Service department at (844) 200-4279 in the US, or 1+ (972) 996-5664 internationally, to request a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#). Along with this authorization you will obtain further instructions on returning the product. Products should be returned to:

The RGA# is just an authorization, not a guarantee that goods will be accepted for refund or exchange. Once the RGA number is issued it is valid for 15 days.

The cost of shipping the product back to Ironclad is the responsibility of the customer. It is strongly recommended that the item be sent via a tracking service (UPS, FedEx) because Ironclad will not be held responsible for merchandise lost in transit. Please include the merchandise, RGA #, original receipt, and clarify if it is a return or exchange.

If merchandise you have purchased is Defective please see the PRODUCT WARRANTY page on our website for assistance.

If you are not satisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item, please do not hesitate to initiate an exchange or refund. All requests for exchange or refund of merchandise purchased through Ironclad’s website must be made within 30 days from the receipt of purchase.
